constipation related with back

sir,i have been suffering from constipation and sometimes loose motions,though i have been treating these problems from the very beginning i have got no solution,i eat well exercise daily,no bad habits,have rhuematiod arthiritis ,the medicines i am recommended give temporary relief ,i think this constipation problem is related with my back,i feel a stretchy feeling in my back in muscles,it seems to me that i have played quite intensively and have tried to stretched my body than possible,that is why think nothing is curing it seems all doctors that the problem is in stomach but seems to me in my back,is it possible,that the problem is in back????i feel a stretchy feeling in my back and in left side of my body,what should i do?

Hi,
Back muscle problem does not cause constipation.
You probably must be suffering from IBS.
High fiber diet  with plenty of fluids will be helpful.
If there is no good response, you may consult your gastroenterologist for complete evaluation.
