dizziness and feeling off balanced

I have had constant dizziness and a feeling of being unbalanced the last 2 days. I am feeling very fatigued. I have had a feeling of flutters in my lower and upper abdomin (abdomen). Nausea off and on but no vomiting. My throat feels scratchy like when catching a cold and I have a non-productive cough. I am really dizzy when sitting or standing after lying down. Breathing seems labored at times but not short of breath. I am taking omniprazole(sp). Should I be concerned about this? I had biopsy which was negative for malignacy but shows mild chronic esophagitis.

  I am aware that a flu is going round, so not sure if u have a touch of that, if this continues u should see ur PCP and get checked to see what is going on.

Did this start after starting the Omeprazole OR have you been on the Omeprazole then this started?

I would definitely recommend seeking medical attention ASAP for this.  

Omeprazole can cause these symptoms OR can make these symptoms related to something else worse.  

Seek medical attention and get this sorted ASAP.

I have acid reflux/gerd I feel fatigued alot I have figured out it is the acid so I take antacid and it goes away I feel dizzy to sometimes so I stop walking and just stop for a second and it goes away
