dryness in throat

from past one month i feel dryness in my throat and in flum i found twice little bit of blood. and i dont have cold, running nose and i dont have swelling in my throat

Hi...not sure what ur climate is like this time of yr...but here allergies from teh changing seasons could be an issue...not being familiar with urs. I have no idea if this is a possibility. '

You could have a mild throat infection or a simple URI (Upper respiratory infection) . Do you have any cough or burning sensation in your stomach?
