Can you be a bit more explicit about what info you want? In the 4th pic, near the gastroesophageal junction it looks like Barrett's esophagus. Could just be irritation, but it's very red. Only a biopsy will tell for sure, though. As far as the stomach, erythemateous mucosa means that there's a redness on the stomach wall. The cause of this has to be determined. They'll probably look for H Pylori and to see whether there are any cells under the lining that could indicate an inflammatory cause.
