gas and chest,abdomain burnig.

hi,
i'm a 33 yrs lady.i develope some symptoms of burning sensesation im my throat,chest(more in left than right),and below and under my abdomain.sometimes i'm feeling stabbing under and below my breast(very rarely,and in my left back also and some times pain in left arm,wrist,in my right hand or chest also.Under my naval if i'll press and  i can feel pain , between the two ribs that  means upper the abdomain.after eating or in the morning when i'll get up gas will pass from mouth (without any indigestion smell)and i am feel bloating in  abdomain.in the night when i'm sleeping i'm feeling less burning and gas also.could you plz tell me or help me !!!!!!!!!
