gas?

For the last four days I have this really uncomfortable pain in my chest. I am only 32 years old. I thought it might be gas. I took over the counter gas pills but it does not seem to be helping much. Could it be trapped gas? If so how do I get rid of it? The pain is on the right side of my chest just under my breast. I burp and it doesn't help much.
PLEASE HELP ME! I dont have insurance and cant afford the doctors office.

Hi,
Right sided chest pain could be due to various causes including GERD, musculoskeletal pain, pain from pleural , lung and even liver diseases.

If it is due to GERD, it will respond to PPI and lifestyle modifications.
