gastric/digestive problems

Hello,
Since 3 months, Ive had no appetite. I get a rumbling, hunger-like pain in my stomach on occasion, but no hunger. When I try to eat, I feel full or interested in the meal. I also have rare bowel movements. After eating I feel pressure in my stomach/abdomen.  After this, or in a sitting position, I often feel like my bowel is full. However, when I go to empty it, I often cannot or I cannot finish and this comes with difficulty. It seems the muscles arpund that area are gettng "looser". I am not functioning properly. No idea what is wrong.
I think I may have injuered my neck around the time. Could this be nerve damage? What can I do?

Hi,
You may probably be suffering from motility problems of the gut.
Gastric emptying scan and barium xray series may be done for evaluation.
Take prilosec and reglan for relief.
