gerd/acid reflux/dyspepsia

i am 46 yrs. old. im having problem about constipation since 2006. i was diagnosed with costochondritis too. i have test of all sort, breathing capacity,lungs, heart,thyroid,liver,pancreas,gall bladder etc..all proves normal and in good condition. but what my problem is my constipation sometimes not and sometimes yes. when it hits me, i seems cant breathe pretty well.one more thing, it has a pattern too, 2 weeks before my menstruation. is it connected with me undergoing pre menopausal syndrome. please help

Constipation can occur or get worsened  a few days  before menstruation due to hormonal changes.

You can take high fiber diet and plenty of fluids to get relief from constipation.
