hernia and gallstones
I was diagnoised in Oct. with hernia and gerd
Had a severe attach 3 mths ago and last week, took gallbladder and upper gi and found out I had gallstones
and NO hernia or gerd how can this be  two different diagnoisis?  will be operated to remove gallstones.  In oct I only had the hernia and gerd test and last week I had the hernia and gerd same type of test. drinking milky solution on very sides of middle area and then soner(?) w jelly and image machine, I forgot the name I am a 68 in perfect health female.  what's up with two different test results?

Hi,
Hiatal hernia, GERD and gallstones all can occur together as a few risk factors are common to all these and hiatal hernia itself can cause GERD.
