i need help

hello everyone. i think i might be over-acting about this but, i'm sixteen years old and i am kinda of overweight but nothing too bad, but onto my question. i had heartburn all night because i had spicy tacos, and as i was sleeping i had pains in the middle of my chest and it felt like pins were sticking me. it didn't really wake me up it just like really really hurt, and i have never had that feeling before when i had heartburn and so i was wondering what does it sound like to you?

Well it sounds like u already know what it was...it sounds like a combo of issues...u said u r overweight and that can play a big role in heartburn gerd/acid reflux.
Then u ate spicey tacos.....there is the second reason....and if I am not mistaken u have had heartburn b4, just not that bad.....so again u already knew.

I am not sure how close to going to bed or lying down u ate the tacos, but since u r having this problem u should know, there are foods u should not eat and that there are lifestyle changes u must make to reduce the acid production that is casuing ur issues.
