in pain stomach issues

i have had a problem over three months now i feel like my intestinal are crammping and im always full feel pain when i press my tummy more especially around the belly it feel they is something pulling it,my gp decided i test for kidneys,liver,hapitits,cholestrol,throid problems and i also did hiv test they were all negative..i went for gastroscopy they just sawan inflammation of the stomach lining so he gave me nexiam.the problem started again feel pain my stomach,hunger like and like im full,always feeling tired,dizzy,nausea and like the tummy is hoyt aand i feel pains around pelvic help what can it be..i wanna try something
