indigestion

I have been suffering with bad indigestion now for 4-5 months the pain is so bad sometimes im doubled over, doctor has tried me on different tablets none seem to work. When it starts i also get a bad pain in the centre of the bottom of my ribcage. I have just had an endoscopy with normal results biopsies have been taken. I have also lost over a stone in weight although this started before the indigestion problems did. Anybody have similar problems or maybe know what could be causing it?

Well I know others that have had that test and the H.Pylori ruled out only to retest and then find it...so a retest may be in order.

As for the PH test...I can't remember how that is done.,,.but also ask about a probiotic if  he feels u r ok and is open to hear other ideas.....

Hi thanks for replying i have had a test for h.pylori but not the ph test how is this test carried out? i am at the doctors in 2 days now for the reults of the biopsies so this is something i can mention whilst im there thanks.

Have u had a PH test done?...u can feel like this if u have too much acid and also if u have too little...so u may want to ask about that test and trying a probiotic.

And also testing for H.Pylori, to rule that out as well.
