is it really gerd?

i have asthma and gerd take nexium but why do i have this frequent shortness of breathe attacks and weezing after eating and swollen feeling its horrible dr. says take metamucil did that and still am but still suffering its scary to eat because i no whats going to happen .difficulty breathing and weezing and constant yawning then when i use the restroom [2]i am able to breathe somewhat i feel like my internal pipes arent working it feels like something is stuck in my gutt what is this?

Sorry, I am not sure, but mayb some kind of allergy??
Anxiety can also produce this effect.......

And last, reflux can affect ur breathing, along with the meds, r u watching ur diet?
Did u elevate the head of ur bed?

How long are u on the meds?...maybe this one doesn't work for u...depending on how long, u may want to ask for a diff med.

The only other thing I can think of ...were u checked for bacteria...like H. Pylori?
