lump ON throat and trouble swallowing

well i have had reflux bad since 7. I am 22 now.  I have a lump on my throat in the middle towards the left and trouble swallowing.  I also am hoarse coughing weird.  what's wrong

Hi,
Feeling of lump in the throat and difficulty in swallowing can occur in GERD though there are other causes as well. An upper GI scopy and 24 hours pH monitoring may be done to find the cause.
