Ginger root is supposed to help with bloating and gas. I prefer a flat ginger ale. It makes you burp like crazy... but ahhh the relief is worth it. Nux Vomica and Sepia also help. Sepia is generally used for female problems, but it has a soothing affect on anxiety. Nux Vomica is for nausea and other stomach problems. They are available at most health food stores.
