i have had this pain for 3 weeks now it seems to be getting worse then better , i have been to the doctor dozens of times & nothing is working what she gives me. its hard for me to eat i eat a little and then i get the feeling im choking so i stop which makes me not want to eat i have extreme tiredness different from depression tiredness i have suffered depression for 5 years & different from running after kids tiredness ( i have 3 kids under 4 so i know the difference ) it a tiredness i wake up with & go to sleep with & its an everyday thing not one day have i woken up even if my hubby has let me sleep nearly the whole day feeling refreshed and have energy just exhausted & no energy its really frustrating .... , pains in my chest & my stomach sometimes kills usually its a little constant nagging pain & i always feel dizzy .the doctor has told me it could be reflux which i have taken mylanta,pariet,nexum,zoton & antibotics & nothing is working i feel like im going to have a whole pharmacy in my house soon with the amount of tablets im getting ... anyone had the same problem,,,its driving me crazy my doctor doesnt seem to care just keeps telling me its reflux which is frustrating cause i want tests done to put my mind at ease but i wouldnt have a clue what tests to ask for can some please give advice .. i do smoke

Hi,
I would suggest upper GI endoscopy test and tests to rule out diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism.
Till then you can continue with PPI. Prokinetic can be taken along with it.
Consult your gastroenterologist regarding these tests and medications.
