pain under left ribcage could be trapped gas?

I have like spasms or nagging under bottom of left ribcage. I take prilosec prescription for ulcers in stomach and erosion at end of esophagus. My bra seems tight most of time and it feels like gas bubbles. Does anyone have a clue?

Hi....I have the same issues with my bra....I guess most woman do, but I know the feeling u mean...it feels like it gets tighter as the day progesses.

It sounds like u might need a stronger med if u have ulsers and erosion of ur esophagus.

Are u watching ur diet to keep acid producing foods out of ur choices?

Are u under stress?......it is possible u need ur Gall Bladder checked......A visit to ur gastro dr is deff in order......
