It seems there r many that have had this proceedure with out optimum results.
May I ask r u on PPI's? for the acid....have u followed the lifestyle changes to avoid the acid returning? Can u elevate the headboard fo ur bed?This will help with the acid flowing up into ur esophagus. Do not eat at least 4 hrs b4 bed or lying down.
Watch what u eat for ur late meal.....there are foods that slow down the esophageal sphincter which allows the gerd in. This will also cause the formation of mucus.Avoid eating fatty foods, including full-fat milk, which also may relax the lower esophageal sphincter tone. Take medication with plenty of water.
