Hi...first try to relax, being upset can make u feel worse.....next, have u been to the Dr?...u should have testing done.
And there r a few things u can do to help...ur issue could be bcuz u r lying down that u notice it at night...eat several small meals over the course of the day as opposed to 3 meals....do not lie down for 3 to 4 hrs after eating....elevate the head of ur bed to allow gravity to help keep the acids down where they belong...avoid trigger foods...ie- spicy, carbonated,acidic....etc...even dairy can slow the LES which if eaten at night can allow acids to get back up into ur esophagus...do look at the foods to avoid, foods that r safe list in the Health pages as well as the lifestyle changes that u can do to help such as the elevating the head of ur bed....
