severe nighttime reflux

I have been experiencing severe nighttime reflux over the past week. It started when I was experiencing flux like symptoms. Then one night it hit me like a ton of bricks, nighttime relux. I first thought I was experiencing LPR aftering looking at a few websites, but honestly I'm just not sure. I am pretty fit and workout consistency. I don't drink, smoke, etc... What is this?

Hi,
If you are on PPI, consider taking PPI + nighttime zantac  for nighttime reflux.

Thanks for your response. I have not been experiencing any more symptoms since I changed the time of my last meal of the day. I believe it was my diet. Thanks.
