smelly burps/full fast

For the last week I have had continous small, very smelly burps after I eat. It also feels like my food is stopping at the bottom of my esophagus, so I am getting full very fast. I havent changed anything in my diet or lifestyle. I eat very healthy. People keep saying maybe it is acid reflux, but the burps are not acidic tasting and there is no heartburn feeling. Not sure if I should go to the doctor or not?

Gastroparesis, also called delayed gastric emptying, is a disorder in which the stomach takes too long to empty its contents. Normally, the stomach contracts to move food down into the small intestine for digestion. The vagus nerve controls the movement of food from the stomach through the digestive tract. Gastroparesis occurs when the vagus nerve is damaged and the muscles of the stomach and intestines do not work normally. Food then moves slowly or stops moving through the digestive tract.

If you are that concerned you should chat with your GP to see if further investigation is warranted. An abdominal ultrasound or an endoscopy might show up issues and/or rule out all sorts of things.
