stomach movements

i have two conditions that no one seem to understand - it has been going on for about 5 years.
i do have hiatus hernia.
first problem: just before going to  clear my bowels my legs and then the whole body begin to feel week. most of the time i do not even feel the need to go. but with time i have learnt that i do need to the bathroom. this happens most of the time. i have not experienced this in the morning time.

second problem: again just before clearing my bowels i begin to feel some sort of movements in my upper stomach and it just below the esophagus . it also continues after i have cleared my bowels then it settles down.

thank you for your advice .
i have had IBS /GERD for a long time but never had these weird symptoms. Recently i do get constipation sometime that also because i am taking aciphex. I have  gone thru so many stomach screening tests but no answer.  i have another apt. with GI dr  in AUG and i am thinking to see a neurologist.

Hi...it sounds like u may have IBS....u seem to be constipated due to ur body drawing fluids from ur intestines...this packs the fecal matter to a hard substance...and then u may have episodes of the runs.....u may also experience bloating or reflux which could be what u r feeling just below the esophagus.

The only other thing it could be is a nerve issue that u can not feel when u have to go...so u may want to see a neurologist as well as a GI dr.
