strange intestines disease

Hi! Eight months ago I had problem of eating and heartburn. I felt full even i took only half portion of my daily eat. And I had a feeling of obstruction when I go to washroom even though the stool is soft. I go to washroom everyday and I eat lot of vegetables. So I went to see the doctor. I had a blood test. The result came back normal. The doctor said this is gerd and prescribe PREVACID. After taking for 4 days, I had feeling of nausea and lack of strength. I felt full all the time and I can't even eat. It seemed like something stuck in my stomach and cannot pass through .So I went to see the doctor and she prescribe another drug called Domperidone. She told me to take it with Prevacid. I afraid the feeling of nausea would come back. So I took the Domperidone. I have taking the drug for almost 2 months.My heartburn had been improved.But my appetite is not the same as before and my bowel habit has changed(Not as smooth as before).THe symptoms have been on and off for few months. Finally I go to see an expert on july. He told me this is the disease of intestines. Because of the intestinal cramping, it lead to all kind of symptoms like indigestion, abdomen pain,hard to release intestinal gas etc. He told me the disease cannot be cured. He can only prescribe above drugs to release the symptoms. I feel so desperate. Do you have a name for this disease? I want more information on this disease. Thank you!

It looks more like constipation predominant type of irritable bowel syndrome.
You may try fiber supplements for getting normal bowel movements and for abdominal pain, you can take antispasmodics.
