sudden onset of reflux in infants

i s it possible for a 3 month old baby to have sudden onset of reflux.  Loss of appetite, frequent crying accompanied by back arching; all out of character

Hi,
Gastroesophageal reflux can occur in infants as a physiological phenomenon for the first few months of life.
If there is loss of weight/not gaining weight, repeated respiratory infection , breathing problems and arching of back, the baby has to be treated.
Take your baby to a Pediatric gastroenterologist.
