suffering from GERD

dear sir,

i anirudh singh deora from udaipur (raj.) age 30yrs. sir from last 2-3 months i feels something stuck in my throat, for that i go to ENT doctor and he diagnose me that i am suffering from GERD for this he prescribe me 1. pentoreg-d SR 1x1, 2. darolac 1x1, 3. typtomer 10 mg 1x1, 4. lorna SR 1x1. after taking this for 10 days i feel quiet relief and now before 3 days i feel same problem in my throat.
again i visit to same doctor and he tell me that now taking this prescription that is 1. zathrin 500mg 1x1, 2. darolac 1x1, 3. promin 110mg 1x1, 4. trytomer 10 mg 1x1, 5. silcet -DC 1x2,

kindly suggest now what i have to do so that i permanently get relief from this symptoms.
