suffering from GERD

i am suffering from GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) , i have tried many strong medicines but feel they have a lot of side effects. can you suggest an effective and a safe solution???

Hi and welcome to the GERD forum.

There r tips in the Health Pages to help reduce the acid from diet and lifestyle...this is something u can do in addition to meds to help feel better and slowly taper off the meds.
