so, do u think that i should mention this again when i go in for the endoscopy or do doctors test for damaged villi automatically when they do an upper endoscopy.
Even if there was no damage, if no other cause of reflux is found, you could still experiment by eliminating first milk and then gluten. I will say that my friend who had heartburn as her only sign of Celiac disease (but had major Celiac damage showing on upper endoscopy), she was on the gluten-free diet for about 2 months before she stopped having heartburn. It was rough.
