weird stomach sensation

For several months I've had bm changes.  went to gastro but no diagnosis.  now also have this empty feeling in  my stomach (like when I'm seasick) but eating doesn't help.  Is this what I read is a gnawing effect?  I take mobic for arthritis and have been taking some form of nsaids for over 8 years.  Been reading about ulcers and thought this might be possible.  Just dont feel good and tired of feeling like this.   any suggestions????

Hi,
Since you are on mobic, peptic ulcer is a possibility.
An upper GI endoscopy may be done to confirm it.
Prilosec may be taken for relief.
