weird stomache pains

Hi im 20 years old and just recently ive been having these weird stomache pains occassionaly during the day. I get a sometimes minor sharp pain on my right side of my stomache that is realy quick and not that painful. I also sometimes have a weird acheing feeling on my right lower side of stomache which last night i was unable to sleep on that side because it felt realy weird. other symptoms im having is i havent realy been hungry for 2 days im having my shoulders feel tense and my neck feels tense. Im worried if there could be something wrong with my liver or something i dont have jaudice of the eyes and my urine is normal color so i dont know if its my gallbladder or if im just worrying over nothing big. also About 2 months ago i had black stool that was due to me taking ibruprofin  which i didnt go to the doctor for because i have no health insurance at the moment so idk if i should wait it out or if i should go to the doctor because im realy worried which idk if i should be or not.

Hi,
Since you have history of upper GI bleeding ( causing black stool) due to Ibuprofen, this pain now could be due to peptic ulcer disease.
An upper Gi endoscopy may be done for evaluation.
Prilosec may be taken for relief.
