what are the side abnormal amalayse 156u/l

My daughter has been having problems ever since she had an iron iv infusion for anemia of 9.2 hgb. She has been having severe cramping in her feet and legs, terrible back, hip pain, and pain in her bones. At times she has had joint pain. She had a reaction during the infusion and it had to be stopped. She had an abnormal EKG showing bradycardia. She also had, nausea, and  vomiting during and after the infusion, No one took her vidal signs during or after the procedure. She has been to several different kinds of doctors and no one can tell her what is causing all this pain to the point she can't drive or work. When she tries to drive the car her feet are in pain and she has no strength to push on the gas pedal. If you can give me any ideas of what is going on we would really appreciate  it

Regarding my questions on my daughters abnomal   amylase, It was 131u/l following an infusion if iv iron . Prior to this it was normal. Her lipase was also abnormal. It was 156u/l and it was also normal prior to this insident. If you can give me any indication what these can cause according to the symptoms that I mentioned earlier when I wrote in, I would appreciate any feedback you can give me
                                               thank you
