whats wrong with me?

i feel like im panicing. my heart feel like its racing and when i swallow its like something is stuck in my throat but at the same time i get a sharp pain through my throat. then my chest start to hurt. my stomach also feel weird. i just feel like im going to collapse.

Without much to go by, I'm only guessing that you could have acid reflux.  Have you had a panic attack before? How about digestive problems?

Hi there:

Those symptoms sounds like an anxiety attack (panic). I suffer from panic disorder and I get those same exact symptoms and sometimes worst and maybe even syncope (conscious falling out), Seek medical attention to make sure its nothing worst than what it sounds. I hope this helps.
