whats wrong with my baby?

my baby is 1 year old. she doest sit with out support.Shes always closing her eyes. she doest look or move around and doest hold things and always with her head dow. what could be wrong with her?

Does she seem lethargic?

Have you talked to your ped. about this?  If not, you might want to speak to him or her.  Has she had her regular check up's?  At that time the dr should go over mile stones with you.  Asking does she do this or that at a certain age.   If you replied no that should trigger something  to the dr.
