Anyone have icy/hot sun burn stomach sensationthat radiates?

So 2 years ago my gallbladder was removed bc of stones. One blocked my CBD and caused mild pancreatitis (emergency surgery was done)
After surgery my body did not adjust well but a few months later with probiotics and such I felt better.
Within the past 9 months I've developed weird sensations in my body. I fly a lot, while we were coming in for landing I started to get a very warm sensation in my mid to lower abdomen as if someone poured hot coffee in my stomach internally that would intensify when pressed on. After landing and deboarding the pain completely went away. This kept happening only on flights and now here we are 11ish months later and it's a constant come and go pain that burns my entire abdomen even when I'm no flying but it's most intense while landing or taking off. My abdominal skin has become hypersensative (like a sunburn) to where if I put on a shirt the burning sensation will set in if I remove shirt it isn't as intense. This sometimes is accompanied by a dull/sharp pain where my gallbladder used to be,sometimes it radiates to my back/shoulders/chest as well.. One flight it radiated my entire abdomen to my lower back and up into my shoulders. I fly over 150x a year and this is making my life miserable.
I've had multiple CT MRI XRAY BLOOD TESTS all come back normal. Blood tests did show slightly elevated biliruben and a borderline Vitimen D level. I've been prescribed tons of PPIS, tried bland diet which seemed like some days it helped and others it came back with vengance.
All doctors are pushing me off on to other doctors and every one thinks I'm crazy..
The latest doc told me its prob my nerves recovering from the surgery as it started 1yr after my surgery and they can be growing back.
I'm completely puzzled and now up to my ears in medical Bill's and no closer to a solution.
My next step is to see a neurologist and possibly a new GI for a current endoscopy.
Any advice to ease my mind my pain or point me in the right direction would be wonderful..
When I take pain pill it all goes away and I feel great. But i refuse to accept that as a solution.
Thanks.
