Back pain

Hello,

I've been having right side mid and upper back pain for a while now. It is not a sharp pain, but instead more of a dull ache that reminds me of a tight or tense muscle. I recently had annual bloodwork and my liver function markers came back normal. Can gallbladder issues cause dull, constant aches in the back or are gallbladder symptoms limited to sharp, intense back pains? Thanks in advance!
