Can sod dysfunction cause low cholesterol levels?

I have been having chronic ruq pain after gallbladder removal. My gi doc has neber mention sod dysfunction but by reading i have come across sod dysfunction.  So far all the lab work i ve had has come back normal but recently i had a lipid profile done for insurance purposes and some of the numbers came back lower
Mt total cholesterol was 128
Hdl  68
Ldl  53
Tg 34
Any help on this ll be greatly appreciated
Im going to see another gi doctor but im afraid of mentioning if sod is causing my symptoms

Sphincter of oddi dysfunction (SOD) can cause fatty food intolerance, but is unlikely to cause low cholesterol levels. But if you have been eating a low fat diet that could cause low cholesterol levels.
