Enlarged liver...ER doc didn't mention

So, I went to the ER over the weekend with a gallbladder attack...all the classic signs. They did an Ultrasound, couldn't find my gallbladder. Ok. Did a CT. The doc came back and told me that there were no signs of stones in the gallbladder and that I needed a HIDA scan. (Which I did on Monday). HOWEVER, I just got a copy of my radiology report from the CT and the radiologist noted that my spleen was "borderline enlarged" and that my liver was also enlarged. Is this not a big deal? I can't fathom why she wouldn't mention that to me before kicking me loose...wouldn't it explain my right side pain?
