sounds to me like you may have some pancreatic issues. Has you common bile duct been examined? There could be sludge, which would not cause pain. But this can cause pacreatitis.
Jaundice and food poisoning have been ruled out. Also, the urine analysis and blood work were both normal.
A few samples were taken during the endoscopy, so hopefully something will show up. Should know later this week.
Hello and hope you are doing well.
Your persisting symptoms nausea and vomiting could indicate a viral gastroenteritis. The other causes could be jaundice if there is yellowish discoloration of skin, food poisoning if the symptoms occurred shortly after taking food, peptic ulcer disease and sometimes cholecystitis and pancreatitis.
Hope a urine analysis did not reveal an infection, as urinary tract infection can cause these symptoms. Discuss these options with your consulting doctor.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
No. That is apparently what is giving the Doctors so much confusion - there is no pain at all... anywhere.
It's just all of these other issues (vomiting, nausea, terrible gallbladder function, dizziness, etc).
Do you have any pain that could be kidney stones? Or, did they do an ultrasound of your kidneys? Just in case one is causing this ? Just a thought. I have both kidney and gallstones :(
