I had a HIDA scan, please help

I had my gallbladder removed like 10 weeks ago and for the past 8 weeks have been suffering pain, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhoea/constipation just want to get on with life, can not do much as stress brings on an attack as does over doing it. I had a HIDA scan the other day and in the first part the raidiotracer did not get out of the common bile duct, I then drank a drink that imitates a fatty meal it still took a while to make its way out but it did all the time I was suffering stabbing pain across my liver area,(gallbladder has been removed)"
