Is it my gall bladder or something else?

For the past 8 months, I have been having pains randomly in my right abdomen kind of next to my belly button that are horrible but usually go away by the next day. About 3 weeks ago, I started hurting right under my right breast and I can't take a deep breathe. The pain is constant and worsens when I breathe. Now, it hurts in my back, kind of where I would say is the bottom of my shoulder blade.

My doctor has ordered a live function test and is sending me for an ultrasound.

Does this scream gall bladder to anyone?

I've gotten to where it hurts to lay on my stomach and I can't lay on my right side. I'm miserable and the pain meds hardly help.

Hi, I'm going through the exact same thing as we speak. I had all the same tests, my liver enzymes were doubled what they should be, platelets were low and so was my white blood cell count. I broke out into a rash for 5 days. Pain is horrific, can't eat anything without going to the bathroom. I had a HIDA scan done yesterday, it took them 45 minutes to find my gallbladder, and when they finally did, they injected the medicine that forces your gallbladder to function, and it simulated my pain I have during an attack, but 10 fold. It was horrible. I now meet with my surgeon tomorrow.
I hope you get the answers you need and get better soon.

Yes, it seems that your gallbladder should be part of the differential diagnosis. Hopefully your new tests will provide some additional insight. Let us know how things are going for you.
