Mass in Gallbladder

Just wondering why all other tests did not show a mass in gallbladder.  Had sonogram, mri, ercp, eus, blood work, etc.  None of these tests would show mass????  Only when a mri with contrast was done this mass was found.  Why???

Can't answer that one. One would expect that the EUS would be the most sensitive. Sounds like a bizarre situation. Kudos to the docs for pursuing it if it is real.
