Nausea a 16 mos after gallbladder removal

Hello,
I had my gallbladder out 16 months ago.  I have a thyroid issue and always thought this nausea is from the thyroid.  Now I realize that this is from digestive issues.   It dawned on me last night after writhing in agony after eating a fried chicken dinner last night.  I realized if I eat anything fatty, cream in coffee, cheese, peanut butter, dressing etc I get nauseas, dizzy, hot, heart palps, sweaty, light headed, nauseas.

I saw the gastro and he told me that I just need to avoid these foods.  Impossible.  It's really bad.  My gallbladder was removed on accident.  Uggh

Argh, I was going to say that most people with gallbladder issues try to eat a low fat diet to prevent gallbladder attacks.  Has adjusting your diet helped with the issues you were having?
