Not recovery after 3 days of laparoscopy surgery

Hi Doc, My Father Age (61 Year 3 Month) had gone through the Laparoscopic surgery (gallbladder) 3 days back, As per the Doctor he connect a tube for throw out the unwanted Bile/Chemical and said it will removed after three day. But still the bile/chemical collecting (300-400ML) in the pouch and as per the experts it should stop.
The Doctor now is planning for ERCP, Now i am concern about the reason (bile/chemical) and criticality level of the situation. Pls suggest.
Note: He had already have week kidney, Prostonage and BP Issue, But it is normal in these days.

Thanks Paderla, Yes your assumption was correct we have done ERCP and found one more small stone in the CBD. Which cause the back pressure and result of  Bile flow. Now doctor had remove that stone and put a small stent in the duct during ERCP. Now the Bile flow reduced much. but still i have still some query can you pls let me know the answer of these pls.
1. Now my father always feeling nausea feeling, May be because of Pain Medicine. Which makes him more uncomfortable all time. Is this true? (I have doubt on Medicine: Paracip 1000mg).
Is this is the reason for this nausea feeling? Or can we ask from doc that provide some other alternate medicine, Which don't have such nausea side affects.
2. Is this true that we can't found CBD stone during ultrasound?
3. Is this kind of surgery appreciated that a doctor do the surgery before the confirmation of CBD stone in Duct?
Can you pls provide these three query pls. Its highly Appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi, sometimes it may take longer for the bile flow to stop. But it needs to be seen if there is a distal obstruction to the bile, this can occur if a gallstone blocks the duct. An ERCP may help study this, please follow up with your doctor. Regards.
