Pain after gall bladder surgery

I had my gall bladder removed August 6, 2015 and i thought that would be the end of all my pain.  Instead, every single time I eat, i feel immediately bloated as though something is being blocked.  I then have extreme pain and swelling feeling under my ribs, but mostly under my right rib along with burning back pain.  It's horrible.  Some days i want to die as it's hard living like this.  I take a lot of fiber as i now have extreme constipation.  I go from constipation to diarrhea - there is no in between even though i eat a lot of fibre.  I don't know what to do anymore.  It feels like there is a blockage as soon as i eat.  When i have diarrhea and everything comes out, my back pain and bloating leaves until i eat again and it starts all over again.  I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and try to eat as little hard digestible meat, but nothing helps.  Then when i eat oatmeal, fruits, fibre, etc. i suffer from diarrhea.  Does anyone know what is going on?  I now have an overgrowth of yeast in my body.
