Pain in my left side after gallbladder removal

I had twins in Dec. 21,2010 and Jan.21,2010 I had my gallbladder removed. 4 days later I had horrible pain, I couldn't breathe it hurt so bad. I honestly thought I was dying. The rescue squad took me to the ER and they transfered me to a large hospital 2 hours away from where I live and they done and ERCP and the doctor that had removed my gallbladder had left a stone and it had blocked my bile duct and caused damage to my liver. The doctor that done my ERCP enlarged my bile ducts after removing the stone.  I was in the hospital for a week, with the doctors trying to get my liver blood work to come down. Finally I got to come home and have been fine since then. But the doctor told me that because of my liver being damaged that I may have a "flare up" of problems again, he said that it may be a year away or 5 years. The past couple days I have started hurting in my left side, and going around to my back. I have constant yellow diarrhea. Should I be concerned? Could it be my liver or bile ducts again?
