Pale stool
I noticed pale stool on several seperate occasions. Never white or grey or the color of an old computer (tanish), but more of a "blonde" light brown. I went to my primary care doctor during my last "episode" who ordered a hepatitis panel, amylase, bilirubin (direct), lipase, CBC w diff and CMP. All results came back normal. I was just told to not worry for now call back if my "blonde" symptom returned again for an ultrasound. What could this be?! Just normal variation or something as bad as pancreatic or gallbladder cancer?

Help!

Acolic stools are a sign of biliary obstruction. If your liver function tests were normal during an episode this would be ruled out and the finding would most likely be a benign one.
