Regarding Gallbladder Polyps

I have been diagnosed non shadowing, non mobile, nodular echogenicity gallbladder polyps, which are less than 5 mm attached to the wall of gallbladder.  I need to ask: (a) Is it a cause of worry; (b) are they cancerious; (c) can homeopathy be a solution to that and (d) what diet I should be taking.  I must mention that I am a patient of Diabaties
