gallbladder function

I have a low functioning gallbladder--10%, can you tell me how quickly it can go bad and what signs to look for?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

If the gall bladder is not functioning adequately,  then there will be stasis of bile, which can lead to gall stones formation. It can also lead to fatty food intolerance, so you may to see if after eating food rich in oils, if you are having abdominal bloating or symptoms of indigestion. The gall bladder causing incomplete emptying could be due to chronic acalculous gallbladder disease (also called biliary dyskinesia), in which the gallbladder does not empty well and causes biliary colic, even though there are no gallstones present. Depending on your symptoms it may be removed.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
