is overwighting effect what tipe of galbladder surgey made

I was wondering is over weight will effect what kind of galbladder surgery
should be made does overweight person must go on open galbladder surgey

I believe it's true that at a certain weight, it is impossible to do endoscopic surgery.  the equipment may not be long enough to get through the abdominal wall, or maybe it is too hard to fill the abdominal cavity up with Co2 so they can visualize and work on the organs.  All surgery is harder and takes longer and has higher risk for the obese patient.
