life after gallbladder surgery

I had my gallbladder removed 3 weeks ago because it was not functioning with an ejection fraction of 8 percent. When ot was removed, there was absolutely no stones or sludge and only mild inflammation. Now...3 weeks later, every symptom is back. Nausea, diarrhea, pain in URQ, pain between should blades, etc. I had a ctscan which showed normal and the doctor put me on anti-spasmatic meds saying it os IBS. Is anyone elae in the  same boat? am i going to have to live that this the rest of my life?! Any suggestons on what else it could be.

They told me it could take up to a year for your body to settle after gallbladder removal... take the antispasm drugs as well try some anti acid pills like zantac etc...works for me.. as well my surgeon told me to take fibre everyday i take 2 pills every morning... give it a try, i had same thing as you no stones, just wasnt functioning.  Hope you feel better.
