Hello and hope you are doing well.

The intraluminal echoes could indicate the presence of gall stones. The bile sludge could be due to bile stasis and sometimes infection. Bile stasis causes gall stones formation. This can in turn irritate the gall bladder wall and cause thickening, which is absent in this report. Depending on your symptoms the course of action may be planned.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
